I don't know how to commmunicate emotions with the public
Being on stage may trigger panick attacks for a beginner and it may be hard to give something to your audience if that happens. My breath is short
Experiencing a shortness in breathing is a very common problem and can be easily corrected in most cases. Breathing coordination allows you to extend the duration of the exhale in freeing the body from what is locking it. To make it short, in many cases, the first step is to dare letting yourself exhale, with your whole body, as a comfortable long sigh.
